• Email address (required for account creation)
• Password (encrypted, stored by Supabase Auth)

Usage data

• Lesson completion progress
• Notes you write within lessons
• Exercise answers you submit
• Product profile information you enter (what you sell, your audience)
• Lesson feedback ratings and comments

Technical data

• Browser type and device information (collected automatically by our hosting provider)
• IP address (logged by our hosting and authentication providers)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the course experience (progress tracking, notes sync, exercises)
• To authenticate your account and secure your data
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the course based on anonymized, aggregated feedback

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security policies that ensure you can only access your own data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase — authentication and database (stores your account, progress, and notes)
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery
• Stripe — payment processing (when payments are enabled; Stripe handles all card data directly and we never see or store card numbers)

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correct — update your information at any time through the app
• Delete — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export — download your notes and feedback using the Export Feedback feature

7. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your progress and preferences locally for a faster experience. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. No advertising trackers are present on the site.

8. Children

RE1AY is designed for users of all ages and reading levels. However, users under 13 should have parental consent before creating an account, in compliance with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will permanently delete all your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., overall completion rates) may be retained indefinitely.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
