Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using RE1AY Sales Academy ("the Service"), operated by Gabriel Elliott ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License to Use

Upon purchase or authorized access, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your own educational and professional development.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your account access with others
• Copy, reproduce, or republish course content in any form (including screenshots, transcripts, or derivative works)
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the Service
• Use the content to create a competing product or course
• Share account credentials with any third party

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum structure, lesson text, exercises, templates, and design elements are the intellectual property of Gabriel Elliott and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

5. Educational Purpose

RE1AY teaches sales skills and frameworks. The course makes no guarantees about specific income, revenue, close rates, or business outcomes. Results depend entirely on your product, market, effort, and execution. All claims are capability-based: we teach what you can learn to do, not what you will earn.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If the course is not helpful, email us for a full refund. No hoops, no conditions. After 14 days, all sales are final.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms, including but not limited to: sharing your account, redistributing content, or using the Service for unauthorized purposes. Upon termination, your license to access the content ends immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the site.
